Administer and support Smartsheet, SharePoint, and related digital platforms across regional operations. Troubleshoot user tickets, maintain workflows and reference data, process corrections, conduct data audits, manage access and licenses, and ensure compliance with governance policies. Serve as a regional subject matter expert for nontechnical users, document recurring issues, and coordinate escalations with engineering and product teams.

Leads direct reports, manages technology spend and licensing, advises leadership on technical and financial risk, and partners cross-functionally to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Administer and support enterprise Apple devices using JAMF Pro and cloud MDM: manage device lifecycle (enrollment, configuration, deployment, patching, retirement); integrate JAMF with ABM, Intune, and Entra ID; develop configuration profiles, policies, apps, and automation scripts; provide advanced troubleshooting and ensure security and compliance. Role is 100% onsite in Phoenix for a contract through June 2027.

Lead and supervise global end-user support and client engineering for endpoint lifecycle management, device provisioning, imaging, software deployment, patching, compliance, and workplace technology. Drive service improvements, collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, manage escalations, coach staff, coordinate rollouts, and maintain operational documentation and asset controls.

Lead enterprise infrastructure, database, end-user computing, and service desk functions. Ensure availability, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and process maturity across cloud, data center, networking, and systems. Build teams, manage budgets and vendors, implement ITSM practices, drive automation and cloud adoption, and report operational metrics to executive leadership.

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot and related M365 services: manage licenses, access, and security controls; enforce governance and sensitivity labels; monitor usage telemetry and produce reports; support deployment/testing of Copilot Studio agents; document procedures and escalate architectural or policy decisions to IT leadership.

Direct live and recorded newscasts using production automation and manual switching; oversee on-air look; identify and fix issues; troubleshoot technical systems; use non-linear editing and CMS for content; collaborate with news, production, and technical teams; manage floor directing, cameras, teleprompter, graphics, audio, lighting and master control.

Monitor and administer core processing jobs, enterprise scheduling, and system monitoring. Troubleshoot and communicate escalations, provide on-call operational support, maintain end-of-day/month and ACH processes, and produce management reporting to ensure SLA adherence.

Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support for a manufacturing facility: troubleshoot Windows endpoints, deploy and manage hardware, support VMware, SQL Server, IIS, SAN and backup systems, execute patch management and compliance activities, and collaborate with global IT teams to improve manufacturing IT reliability.
