About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator for a contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and support of Apple devices across the enterprise using JAMF Pro and related cloud technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro
- Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices: enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement
- Integrate JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other identity platforms for secure access and automated provisioning
- Develop and maintain configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring device security, compliance, and optimal end-user experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Apple device administration experience
- JAMF Pro administration experience
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience supporting macOS and iOS in enterprise settings
- Endpoint management / systems administration experience
- Basic networking knowledge

- Bash/Shell/Python scripting experience for automation
- Experience with SSO, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security/patch management
- Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and include current city/state on resume; 100% onsite
- Available for an in-person interview within one week
- Able to start within two weeks of an offer
