Manage daily cash, borrowing and investing for corporate, REIT, JV accounts. Oversee electronic payments, bank relationships, reconciliations, cash forecasting, commercial paper, intercompany reimbursements, bank platform administration, and treasury controls/SOX compliance. Produce monthly cash analyses and support special projects.

Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support leadership decisions. Manage internal controls, inventory valuation, fixed-asset lifecycle and lease administration across multiple sites. Provide month-end close support, identify cost-saving opportunities, improve reporting tools, and coach junior analysts.

Support allocations, budgeting, and financial reporting across enterprise functions. Produce advanced analyses, maintain and optimize financial models, perform variance and trend analysis, generate reports for senior leadership, and partner with Finance Manager and senior analysts to inform strategic decisions.

Reconcile and balance health plan accounts receivable, post payments, generate monthly reports, manage collections, maintain spreadsheets, and correspond with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely financial transactions.

Lead insurance and risk initiatives including risk financing analysis, insurance procurement and administration, claims and workers' compensation support, surety bond management, RMIS and loss data management, regulatory compliance for self-insured programs, contract review, and coordination of loss control and disaster recovery measures.

Provide executive financial leadership for BYU Retail Services, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory and cash management. Lead the financial services team, ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls, conduct financial and trend analysis, administer annual budgets and capital requests, and serve as the financial expert on the Retail Services Executive Team to support operational decisions and safeguard university assets.

Serve as the functional Deltek (Costpoint) expert for Finance and FP&A: gather requirements, design and configure Deltek solutions, ensure GAAP/FAR/CAS compliance, support reporting, integrations, training, audits, and partner with technical teams and administrators to deploy and maintain scalable finance systems.

Supports budget monitoring, payment voucher and purchase order processing, vendor compliance, NJStart assistance, and administration of Forest Fire Service grants via SAGE. Reviews administrative procedures, ensures budgetary control across divisions, liaises with grant recipients, and prepares recommendations for process improvements to maintain compliance with state procurement standards.

Process accurate, timely payroll for exempt and hourly staff; verify timekeeping; manage deductions, leave, garnishments, and terminations; reconcile reports; coordinate 401(k) processing; support HR and Finance; ensure payroll compliance and confidentiality. Part-time (20 hrs/week), remote after six-month Baldwin office training.
