Supervise and develop Operations administrative and finance staff across multiple work centers. Oversee payroll (union and non-union), invoicing, work order initiation/close-out, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance. Standardize processes, train stakeholders, manage ERP and multiple operational systems, and serve as liaison between Operations and Finance.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process and match vendor invoices, run payments (checks/ACH/wires), reconcile vendor statements, handle expense reports, support month-end close and audits, and improve AP processes.

Lead pricing analysis and forecasting for entrance fees; build and maintain financial models, perform back‑testing and scenario analysis, provide pricing and valuation recommendations to regional teams and ownership, and implement pricing controls and standardization across communities.

Lead multi-year finance transformation to modernize accounting systems, automate AI-enabled workflows, improve quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes, accelerate close, and drive acquisition systems integration. Establish governance, metrics, and scalable operating models while partnering across Corporate Development, Controllership, and Technical Accounting to harmonize systems and migrate data.

Provide transactional accounting and financial reporting support including AR processing, journal entries, reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end close, ERP super-user duties, and cross-functional analyses to ensure accurate records and controls.

Support consolidation of project performance reviews (costing, budget, resources); coordinate with project and R&D teams for financial reporting and monthly tracking; assist Mid Term Planning and R&D/project financial coordination.

Support daily accounting tasks including check printing and mailing, managing insurance resolution checks and deposits, scanning and organizing trust/disbursement checks, processing accounts payable and vendor invoices, maintaining Sage bank feeds and manual deposits, uploading documentation into client matters, and preparing bank deposits twice daily while collaborating with accounting, disbursements, and case teams.

Process cash and check payments, balance teller drawer, prepare daily deposits, and enter accounting information in PeopleSoft. Research student accounts, resolve payment issues, maintain confidentiality, update procedures, and perform general office and customer service duties.

Manage accounts receivable activities including contacting customers about delinquencies, reconciling and posting payments, enforcing credit limits, generating reports, processing refunds, and resolving disputes while following company accounting policies.

Support financial management of construction projects: set up projects, prepare AIA/progress billings, manage AR and subcontracts, track costs and budgets, assist WIP reporting and month/year-end close, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls and contract requirements.
