Entry-level Commercial Sales Engineer Trainee supporting commercial HVAC sales. Provide technical sales support, prepare quotes/submittals/takeoffs, work with engineers and contractors, maintain product knowledge, assist trainings, and support sales presentations and trade shows. Relocation to Florida and company-paid out-of-state training required.

Provide technical sales support for commercial HVAC equipment and parts: configure, price, and quote solutions; complete bids and submittals; support and train dealers; follow up to close sales; resolve customer issues; and travel with sales team for presentations and trade shows.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for engineered water infrastructure projects: review tender documents, prepare specifications and drawings, assist quotation and bid packages, collaborate with engineering, sales, vendors and project managers, and support customer approvals, training and implementation.

Partner with Account Executives to handle the technical side of sales: deliver personalized demos, answer technical questions, manage PoCs, build relationships with product and engineering teams, and optionally create documentation or integration prototypes.

Support sales engineers by developing quotes, selecting HVAC equipment, preparing submittals, pricing parts, coordinating with vendors, and managing multiple quotes and documentation to ensure timely, accurate proposals.
