Provide high-volume administrative and systems support to the Finance team: manage requests and shared inboxes, support vendor setup and purchasing workflows, administer PN3 and LeaseQuery data and user access, assist with accounts payable tasks, 1099 and audit preparation, manage vehicle and lease records, and support regulatory filings and compliance tracking.
