Administer, configure, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. Provide level-1 technical support for Windows-based medical devices and applications: troubleshoot hardware/software/configuration issues, handle repair/status/part requests, document resolutions, escalate to higher-level support as needed, and follow up on QA, repair costs, and PO requests while adhering to company policies.

Provide front-desk and switchboard support: answer calls, greet visitors, manage directories, respond to emergencies per protocol, monitor alarm systems, use and troubleshoot communications equipment, and maintain customer service standards.

Serve as the community's front desk: greet residents and visitors, answer and direct calls, manage room and vehicle reservations, submit work orders via WorxHub, support departments with clerical tasks, retrieve EHR face sheets, and coordinate communications and volunteer reception coverage.

Support the CEO and Board by coordinating board and Scientific Advisory Board activities, preparing and distributing confidential governance materials, managing executive schedules and complex travel logistics, partnering with legal and security, maintaining records, and assisting on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Supervise daily operations of an IPS planning unit: manage staffing, scheduling, performance, training, and cross-team coordination to ensure process conformity and operational efficiency.

Support regional operations by improving workflows, processing documentation and authorizations, navigating EMR systems, training staff, delivering and setting up home medical equipment, performing patient assessments and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA, and meeting quality metrics.
