Provide front-desk customer service and administrative support for an outpatient behavioral health clinic, manage admissions and medical records, handle client payments and facility upkeep, coordinate safety and licensure tasks, and support IT/phone system needs.

Provide IT help desk and second-level support for 200+ users across 10 clinics: troubleshoot hardware/software, administer LAN/WAN services, install and maintain computers and network equipment, use RMM and ticketing systems, perform on-site field support, and document network diagrams and PC checklists.

Provide AV and multimedia support and consultation to faculty and students, select and evaluate educational technologies, train users, troubleshoot systems, compile effectiveness reports, and recommend policy or training updates to enhance instructional integration.

Greet and route callers, residents, visitors and staff; perform general business office duties including mail distribution, accounts payable processing, vendor checks (EPLS/OIG), monthly resident statements, and maintaining employee contact lists. Support recruitment, training, and facility administrative tasks as assigned.

Support the Local Director by leading project execution, client engagement, proposals, budgeting, invoicing, collections, staff supervision, recruiting, and business development to meet revenue and operational goals while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/COO, including complex calendar and email management, preparing briefing materials, expense and budget tracking, and safeguarding confidential information. Support cross-functional operations, track strategic initiatives and projects, coordinate stakeholder communications, and represent the executive office professionally. Participate in agency events and occasional off-site activities.

Provide on-site front-line helpdesk support: deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, telephony and conferencing equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document tickets, perform equipment adds/moves/changes, maintain inventory, and occasionally work evenings/weekends.

Manage a team of application analysts supporting Epic Grand Central and Prelude. Oversee daily operations, enhancements, issue resolution, stakeholder partnership, staff development, budgeting, and alignment with organizational goals to improve patient access, patient movement, and system performance.

Work directly with the founders as a generalist operator: own cross-functional, high-impact initiatives end-to-end, streamline operations across sales, CS, product, engineering, and hiring, handle admin/logistics, coordinate communications and follow-ups, and solve ambiguous urgent problems to free founder bandwidth.

Provide application and systems analysis, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement updates, ensure system reliability, and support end-users and integrations.
