Lead and scale LENS's business organization by building Marketing, Communications, Customer Impact, People, and other functions; translate strategy into operational execution; design systems, processes, and decision frameworks for scale; create organizational leverage; partner with the CEO on hiring, strategy, and long-term company building to prevent traffic accidents.

Lead GTM strategy and revenue operations: run pipeline and forecast cadence, build shared reporting, partner with sales on deal structuring and deal desk, set pricing and packaging, own quote-to-cash and billing accuracy, and coordinate product/engineering for billable SKU launches.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) administrative support for the Los Angeles office, including scheduling, document translation, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, purchasing/invoicing support, and vendor/customer liaison duties.

Operate as a generalist owning unowned problems across growth, systems, and analytics. Lead government pipeline and RFP responses, build internal automations and tools, run data analyses to inform decisions, and execute high-priority ambiguous projects while creating sustainable processes.

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendars, meetings, communications, documents, travel, payments, and vendor coordination. Handle confidential matters, routine tasks independently, and assist with personal appointments and events.

Provide technical support for implementing, configuring, and maintaining on-prem Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD (including hybrid, B2B/B2C). Manage O365 Groups and licensing, perform user and group administration, generate Azure AD/O365 reports, create PowerShell automation scripts, and troubleshoot deployments for medium-to-large enterprise environments while engaging with customers and partners.

Own and insource core operations, centralize spend and financial controls, support recruiting and people ops, run strategic finance and board reporting, and design durable systems to remove friction and drive efficiency across the company.

Provide high-touch operational support to the CEO and team: manage hiring logistics, payroll and people admin, office operations, customer visits and demos, inbound sales, finances, security assessments, swag, and team events. Act as primary face for customers and candidates, streamline processes, and run the companys back-office systems to increase team focus and velocity.

Lead design and build of end-to-end growth operating systems connecting marketing, sales, partners, product and engineering. Own CRM, analytics, forecasting, AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and processes from lead to activation to expansion to drive repeatable revenue and product adoption.

Partner with Operations Directors to analyze processes, identify efficiency and quality improvements, perform financial analyses, manage projects, and design process improvements for client and internal workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams and receive coaching to grow into Operations Manager roles.
