Support end-to-end creation and improvement of Delphi "minds" by turning source material into testable profiles, running QA on conversation and audio quality, flagging audio issues, iterating quickly on product and creator support, and working on high-leverage ops and testing tasks.

Partner with the CEO to scale operations across recruiting, finance, customer success ops, and strategy. Own hiring, billing in QuickBooks, ARR tracking, SQL/Hex analysis, process and playbook creation, and ad-hoc high-impact projects to make the business repeatable and scalable.

Provide operational support split between MIT AI Alignment (MAIA) and the Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI). Responsibilities include CRM and systems maintenance, budget and expense tracking, scheduling, event and workshop logistics, vendor coordination, meal and materials management, basic website and communications support, and flexible office/facilities tasks tied to the academic calendar.

Early-stage Strategy & Operations hire to work directly with the founder to identify strategic problems and own them end-to-end across product, operations, growth, and partnerships. Responsibilities include architecting AI workflows, redesigning company engagement (UX, onboarding, pricing), launching verticals, creating recruiter incentive structures, and scoping new products or partnerships.

Own internal IT systems: identity/SSO provisioning, device lifecycle and MDM/endpoint security, SaaS access and licensing, onboarding/offboarding, automation of IT workflows, internal networking, and support while contributing to security and compliance.

Lead and scale LENS's business organization by building Marketing, Communications, Customer Impact, People, and other functions; translate strategy into operational execution; design systems, processes, and decision frameworks for scale; create organizational leverage; partner with the CEO on hiring, strategy, and long-term company building to prevent traffic accidents.

Lead GTM strategy and revenue operations: run pipeline and forecast cadence, build shared reporting, partner with sales on deal structuring and deal desk, set pricing and packaging, own quote-to-cash and billing accuracy, and coordinate product/engineering for billable SKU launches.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) administrative support for the Los Angeles office, including scheduling, document translation, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, purchasing/invoicing support, and vendor/customer liaison duties.

Operate as a generalist owning unowned problems across growth, systems, and analytics. Lead government pipeline and RFP responses, build internal automations and tools, run data analyses to inform decisions, and execute high-priority ambiguous projects while creating sustainable processes.

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendars, meetings, communications, documents, travel, payments, and vendor coordination. Handle confidential matters, routine tasks independently, and assist with personal appointments and events.
