Manages the YMCA Association Office front desk by greeting visitors, directing guests, answering inquiries, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, maintaining clean reception areas, and providing clerical support. Performs basic Salesforce tasks, prepares documents and mailings, assists with office equipment and supplies, supports departments as needed, and promotes an inclusive environment.

Provide bilingual French and English technical support for dental 3D printing software, hardware, post-processing equipment, and workflows. Diagnose issues, manage customer cases from intake through resolution, document findings in CRM systems, communicate solutions, and escalate recurring problems. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Product Development, and support teams to improve documentation and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel and EST-hour flexibility are required.

Configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot broadcast equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, switchers, recording systems, and transmission paths. Support onsite and remote productions, operate TriCaster and vMix, manage streaming workflows, document systems, coordinate equipment requests, and maintain hardware and software reliability. The role also supports creators, media capture, asset management, and delivery while accommodating nontraditional production schedules and travel.
