Manages the YMCA Association Office front desk by greeting visitors, directing guests, answering inquiries, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, maintaining clean reception areas, and providing clerical support. Performs basic Salesforce tasks, prepares documents and mailings, assists with office equipment and supplies, supports departments as needed, and promotes an inclusive environment.

Provide bilingual French and English technical support for dental 3D printing software, hardware, post-processing equipment, and workflows.
