Manages the YMCA Association Office front desk by greeting visitors, directing guests, answering inquiries, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, maintaining clean reception areas, and providing clerical support. Provides executive and site administration support to the VP and GM, including calendar and travel coordination, presentations, reporting, purchasing, invoice processing, visitor support, and event planning. Tracks deadlines, follows up on action items, manages confidential information, coordinates customer and team activities, and maintains contract records. The role is onsite approximately four days per week in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The role also supports creators, media capture, asset management, and delivery while accommodating nontraditional production schedules and travel.

Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives by managing complex calendars, prioritization, meetings, travel, communications, expenses, events, and confidential information. Coordinate across leaders and teams, anticipate conflicts and organizational needs, establish scalable support practices, and improve workflows through technology, automation, and AI. The role supports executives across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product and may be remote or office-based in the United States.

Provides first-line customer support for SaaS products through phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, documenting and escalating tickets in Zendesk, verifying bugs, supporting assigned products as a subject matter expert, meeting SLAs, updating documentation, gathering feedback, collaborating with product and development teams through Jira, and contributing to process improvements.

Build and lead Roo’s Revenue Operations function, establishing its strategy, operating model, systems, governance, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Own HubSpot and broader GTM systems while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Data to improve capacity planning, lead management, conversion, compensation, quotas, territories, and revenue predictability. Hire and develop a lean team, expand operational scope, and apply AI safely to improve efficiency and insight.
