Partner with the CEO to drive execution across planning, hiring, product, GTM, finance, and culture. Own operating cadence, track leadership priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, prepare high‑stakes CEO communications, support board/investor and people processes, and build scalable systems to keep the company aligned and accountable.

The Sorter Operator will aid in material preparation for processing, segregate recyclables, maintain cleanliness, and assist in training new employees.

Provide software support, develop and maintain critical manufacturing and data systems, troubleshoot outages, build permanent solutions and utilities, collect and analyze data, create training and KPIs, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and collaborate with global teams to improve production efficiency.

Lead Rocket's government affairs strategy by building relationships with lawmakers, regulators, and industry partners; monitor and analyze federal legislative and regulatory developments; advise internal leaders on policy impacts; prepare briefing materials and communications; organize stakeholder engagements; represent the company externally; and mentor team members to strengthen the government affairs function.

Manage and streamline office operations for a North Austin manufacturing/defense startup. Implement systems, coordinate cross-functional needs (Finance, HR, Facilities, Manufacturing), support onboarding and relocation logistics, manage catering and events, oversee vendor and contractor relationships for office buildouts, and maintain secure workplace practices and accurate office administration.

Partner with North America Enterprise sales leaders to set GTM strategy, quota and territory design, forecasting, and pipeline optimization. Drive adoption of tools/processes, lead executive deal reviews, provide performance reporting and cross-functional alignment to increase new ACV, renewals, and sales productivity.

Lead and scale helpdesk operations: provide tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot endpoints and collaboration platforms, own SLAs/KPIs, develop SOPs and runbooks, recruit and manage technicians, and drive process improvement with occasional on-site and domestic travel.

Provide local and remote IT support for Affirm's NYC office, maintain Zoom Rooms/AV, monitor security and malware, manage provisioning/deprovisioning, administer enterprise systems, and support office network and IT assets while enforcing compliance and documentation.
