Manage and develop a team of Lead Development Analysts while owning operational reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analysis for License Management and License Audit. Ensure lead quality and sales-readiness, identify bottlenecks, maintain consistent metric definitions, and provide leadership with recurring reports, trends, and insights to drive capacity and process improvements.

Support daily middle-office operations for private credit: reconcile cash and positions, resolve breaks with custodians, manage loan/security administration, assist settlements, liaise with internal teams and external agents, maintain controls and process documentation, and support automation/UAT projects.

Lead strategic planning and operating-model design to improve fleet sales execution. Build cross-functional rhythms, drive transformation opportunities into executable plans, enable executive-ready reporting and dashboards, reduce process friction, and pilot AI/automation to improve planning, reporting, and coordination.

Design, build, and scale corporate IT systems for office and remote employees. Lead complex troubleshooting across endpoints, identity, collaboration, and networks. Automate workflows and build internal tools, maintain standards and documentation, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve reliability, security, and user experience.
