Lead the Planned Order Committee to align sales, production, procurement and planning. Collect and validate ERP data (Infor CSI), analyze forecasts, inventory, BOM and capacity, identify risks and long-lead items, drive decisions, assign actions, track execution, and report progress while improving planning processes and supporting digital transformation.

Consult with clients to design, configure, and administer Atlassian ecosystems (Jira, JSM, Confluence). Lead cloud migrations, run discovery workshops, align processes, build training/enablement, integrate developer and identity tooling, and support enterprise adoption across multiple engagements.

Manage and grow relationships with large independent distributor accounts, develop and execute account strategies, negotiate contracts, achieve revenue and profit targets, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, mentor sales staff, use CRM tools for forecasting and reporting, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth in the independent channel.

Manage and grow an assigned customer territory by building long-term relationships, identifying new business, executing territory growth and sales plans, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and meeting sales targets across product lines.

Support setup, optimization, QA, reporting, and analysis for paid search (and later paid social/display) campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook. Produce regular performance reports, run tests, conduct keyword/placement research, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve campaign performance.

Provide high-level confidential administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex calendars, travel, and expense reporting; coordinate Board and ELT meetings, draft board materials and minutes; plan offsites, all-hands, and investor events; track executive action items and process vendor invoices. Maintain confidential records and improve executive workflows in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Provide clerical and receptionist support to the Program Director, including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, filing, reception, coordinating trainings, attending meetings, assisting with reports, and participating in community-building activities. May handle confidential clinical records and serve as a Community Advocate when requested.

Lead planning and execution of integrated paid digital campaigns. Build media plans, manage campaign setup/optimization/trafficking, analyze performance, translate data into client-ready recommendations, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with analytics, creative, account, and strategy teams to drive measurable outcomes.
