The Accounting Manager Consultant will lead financial initiatives, enhance close processes, ensure compliance, and support audit readiness for clients.

Design, deploy, tune and support security solutions; create WAF rules; develop SIEM content and automations; respond to incidents and improve security operations.

Provide administrative support across HR functions including recruiting, benefits, leave administration, employee records, and orientation. Maintain confidential HR files, answer routine employee questions, assist events and audits, liaise with benefits vendors, and perform clerical tasks independently within established procedures.

Provide litigation support across commercial real estate, construction, regulatory, banking, litigation, and IP matters. Manage cases through all litigation phases: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial prep. Draft and argue motions, perform legal research, assist with strategy, collaborate with colleagues, and travel within California as needed.

Produce and manage organic and paid social content for Instagram and TikTok: plan and shoot video, write scripts and shot lists, edit (color grade/audio mix), schedule posts, engage community, source and manage UGC creators, maintain content library, and deliver creative assets for partnerships and campaigns.

Manage daily front office operations at a school, supervise administrative staff, oversee student enrollment and records, ensure data integrity and compliance, handle communications and community relations, and support events and office systems to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage day-to-day client communication and coordination across performance marketing accounts. Join client calls, take notes, convert discussions into action items, track tasks and deadlines, prepare weekly updates, coordinate internal teams, flag risks, and support account leads to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Drive provider outreach and community engagement across New Mexico to expand therapy service referrals. Schedule and complete in-person visits, track interactions, attend weekly planning meetings, represent the organization at events, maintain online/social media presence, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
