Perform ISSO duties to create, update, and sustain authorization packages in XACTA/XIAM, enforce ICD-503 and NIST 800-37 RMF requirements for DCGS/C2ISR systems, analyze and recommend security controls, support assessments, track/sustain system and acquisition information, and produce weekly status reports.

Lead discovery, launch, and scaling of new product bets (home, motorcycle, RV, boat, non-insurance features). Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize, build, iterate, and find product-market fit, owning execution from concept through scale.

Provide administrative support to the Honors Program and the iHub, including communications, records management, scheduling, responding to student and faculty inquiries, coordinating events and office operations, and supporting program services for a diverse student population.

Support HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits and leave management, workers' compensation handling, compliance with employment laws, maintaining employee records, responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR reports, and assisting with policy development and HR projects.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Submarine on‑premise implementations for financial clients. Manage project plans, risks, testing, infrastructure setup, client training, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain governance and reporting, and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Provide administrative and accounting support to a tax team, including client engagement setup, engagement letter preparation, schedule and due-date management, IRS notice response prep, tax return delivery coordination, and maintaining Smartsheet trackers. Acts as point person between team members and clients, managing tasks and organizational processes.
