Manage execution of capital and expansion manufacturing projects: develop and maintain project plans, track scope/schedule/costs, manage risks and changes, coordinate vendors/contractors/stakeholders, report status, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Generate and nurture leads for TiDB by conducting high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting, qualifying prospects, maintaining CRM records, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives while refining lead-generation playbooks.

Prepare technical engineering and detailed proposals for new apparatus and aftermarket compressor sales. Perform aerodynamic selections, develop internal price build-ups, review customer specifications, coordinate with vendors, establish pricing for non-standard requirements, create comprehensive proposals and P&IDs, support procurement, and provide technical aftermarket support and project execution assistance.

Lead product strategy and discovery for AI-powered B2B SaaS: conduct customer research, define product requirements and roadmaps, partner with Engineering, enable go-to-market and sales, drive launches, and align cross-functional teams to increase adoption and business impact.

Test system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements; create and execute test cases; identify, document and recommend fixes for defects; work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; learn or apply test automation; work under direct supervision and support team delivery.
