The Senior Business Systems Analyst supports finance, accounting, and manufacturing-related systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing future-state processes and cross-functional solutions, managing integrations and configurations, analyzing application gaps, supporting implementations, ensuring quality, documenting processes, mentoring analysts, and managing IT projects. Partners with employees, managers, payroll, benefits providers, and HR leadership while maintaining confidential documentation, monitoring deadlines, supporting investigations, and improving HR processes.

Manages daily HR operations for a residential treatment facility, including employee relations, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, terminations, personnel records, compliance, workers’ compensation, and HR reporting. Advises facility leadership, collaborates with corporate HR and payroll, supports audits, protects confidential employee and patient information, and implements a trauma-informed organizational model.

Leads comprehensive project controls for complex engineering and construction projects, including cost and schedule baselines, financial analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, change management, cost controls, and business-system enhancements. Develops monthly financial reports and operational plans, supports management decision-making, and provides technical leadership and training to project controls personnel. Requires expertise in project controls, financial applications, estimating, scheduling, CAS/FAR principles, and DOE clearance eligibility.

Schedules and confirms automotive service appointments through inbound and outbound calls. Follows up on maintenance recommendations, open service opportunities, missed appointments, and declined services. Maintains accurate CRM records, coordinates with Service Advisors, delivers positive customer experiences, and meets appointment-setting and performance goals.

Leads process safety, risk management, Safety Case development, hazard assessments, barrier management, regulatory compliance, and assurance activities for high-hazard offshore operations. Facilitates HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, and QRA studies; oversees safety-critical elements and performance standards; supports inspections and management of change; and advises senior stakeholders. Also drives safety training, digital safety improvements, organizational learning, and a strong major-accident-prevention culture.

Administers and maintains complex CMMS and enterprise systems, including software installation, configuration, access management, troubleshooting, security, performance improvements, reporting, documentation, and data management. Translates business requirements into system solutions, coordinates technical projects, collaborates with users, vendors, engineers, and leadership, and may supervise personnel. The role is onsite in Batavia and requires compliance with safety regulations and HSPD-12 credentialing requirements.

Build and own native iOS and Android applications end to end, from architecture and API integration through polished UI, testing, monitoring, release, and optimization. Collaborate with product and design to turn ambiguous goals into user-focused features, establish scalable mobile architecture, and support growth to hundreds of thousands of users. Contribute to engineering standards, mobile CI/CD, crash reporting, performance tooling, and potentially web, payments, cloud, and mobile wallet integrations.
