Partner with sales, customer success, engineering, design, marketing, and executives to drive differentiation, adoption, retention, and revenue. Represent product strategy to customers, prospects, executives, and the Board while developing AI-enabled product capabilities.

Associate Counsel will advise departments on corporate, transactional, compliance, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, mitigating event-related liability, supporting privacy requests, litigation, corporate governance, NBA compliance, and legal policy improvements. The role requires collaboration across the organization, legal research, practical advice, and management of multiple priorities. It is full-time and primarily onsite at Paycom Center, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
