Build and improve Replicant’s AI-native platform infrastructure, including site reliability, CI/CD, developer tooling, observability, incident management, and agent harness systems. Manages the full lifecycle of loan collateral, appraisals, property inspections, borrowing base certificates, floorplan inventory audits, LTV exceptions, property taxes, and escrow reviews. Ensures compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies, maintains accurate records, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, supports credit analysts, and performs financial data and loan tracking activities.
