As a Senior Account Executive, you'll lead pipeline generation and deal closures with SMBs and Enterprise customers in healthcare, focusing on ethical sales and customer relationships.

Design, harden, and scale Snowflake and AWS data platforms, build dimensional data models and resilient Airflow pipelines, optimize complex SQL, develop dbt semantic layers, deploy ML models in AWS, integrate AI/LLMs into workflows, and build data APIs (FastAPI/Flask) to enable enterprise analytics and operational ROI.

Sell and service property & casualty insurance for self-storage owners: build relationships, quote and close new and renewal policies, customize coverage, coordinate with underwriters, support customers on endorsements/claims, and attend industry events.

Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SafeLease's claims platform. Partner with Claims and Engineering to design scalable, data-driven solutions, integrate AI/automation (Claude), define and monitor KPIs, build MVPs, run analyses, and drive cross-functional execution to improve claims speed, accuracy, and cost.

Oversee production workflows, supervise a team of technicians, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, and improve operational efficiency.

Plan and execute Pontera’s trade shows, hosted events, executive programs, and field marketing. Own event logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, registration, onsite setup, inventory, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Manage multiple projects, support event strategy, and travel up to 20% for onsite execution.

Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, programmatic and retargeting to drive customer acquisition, revenue, CAC/ROAS improvements. Manage agency partners, budget pacing, creative testing, analytics and reporting (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify). Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, eComm, and SEO teams to align channel investments to revenue goals and implement structured experiments to optimize performance.

Own customer data migration projects end-to-end: review, clean, map, import, validate, and QA records (events, tickets, customers, orders, donations, opt-ins, seating). Troubleshoot and monitor integrations (POS, CRM, marketing, reporting) using SQL, CSVs, APIs, webhooks, logs and admin tools. Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and processes to reduce engineering dependency and ensure production data accuracy.

Lead customer onboarding and configuration of the Kustomer platform, manage multiple implementations, integrate APIs and automations, train and advise customers, troubleshoot with Product/Engineering, document best practices, and ensure adoption and project success.
