Operate and improve Novo’s AI recruiting stack, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline reporting agents. Maintain ATS data quality, evaluate candidate quality, improve recruiting funnels, ensure compliant and fair processes, manage offers, and partner with hiring managers and People and AI teams.

Develops and executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and events. Builds campaign plans, manages audience segmentation and lead nurturing, coordinates internal and external resources, tracks KPIs, analyzes performance, and optimizes campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Events, and other stakeholders across domestic and international markets.

Owns lifecycle marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel strategies, managing campaign execution, conducting A/B tests, analyzing funnel performance, overseeing segmentation, and collaborating with MarTech, Product, Creative, Data, and Web Analytics teams. The role also mentors junior team members and optimizes automated communication programs using customer and behavioral data.
