Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, backup/DR, and identity). Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation, lead migrations/cloud adoption, enforce security best practices, manage monitoring tools, and produce architecture and operational documentation. Lead enterprise sales and B2B partnerships to grow Flows footprint in corporate housing, relocation, events, and advertising. Build and manage strategic relationships, negotiate deals, create go-to-market plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive revenue, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Provide administrative and clerical support to accounting and finance: data entry for AP/AR/general ledger, process invoices and expense reports, maintain financial records, assist month-/year-end close, prepare reports, coordinate with departments and vendors, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare accurate engineering orders for municipal water/wastewater equipment, read and interpret drawings/specifications, coordinate changes with customers and internal teams, process order entry/MRP/OEI paperwork, support sales and manufacturing, resolve production issues, and ensure on-time, correctly priced deliveries.

Advise on SAP landscape performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend configuration and database optimizations. Support planning for data migrations, carve-outs, upgrades and transformations, review architecture across SAP versions and databases, and assist with ABAP-related performance analysis to ensure compatibility with transformation tools and efficient project execution.

Support Account Managers with client communication, proposals, order tracking, vendor coordination, scheduling, and project documentation to ensure timely delivery and smooth installations. Coordinate across design, operations, and project teams, provide client updates, and help resolve project issues to maintain a positive client experience.
