Own the industrial design and physical form of a humanoid robot, from concept and form language through production-ready enclosures and structural aesthetics. Lead CMF, ergonomics, human-facing details, prototyping, and design for manufacturing and assembly. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to create buildable, serviceable, durable hardware, iterating rapidly through foam, printed, machined, and real-robot prototypes.

Provide L2 escalation support for MSP clients: troubleshoot and maintain Windows servers, AD/GPO, networking, firewalls, backups, Microsoft cloud services (Azure/365/Intune), email security, and vendor hardware. Guide L1 engineers, document procedures, assist project engineers, and occasionally perform onsite work in the NYC metro area.

Support multiple client teams with research, writing, media lists, pitching, project coordination, monitoring news/trends, and producing client deliverables while receiving mentorship and training.

Sell and promote the companys logistics services globally by building and managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, preparing forecasts and pricing, resolving post-sale issues, and collaborating with operations to deliver customized supply chain solutions.
