Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain performant, reliable, scalable software for Heliux’s core platform. Engineers solve complex technical problems end to end, influence platform architecture and technical direction, and work closely with manufacturing customers. Supports the planning and delivery of grants management offices and technical assistance programs. Responsibilities include coordinating grant lifecycle assistance, developing grants management tools and training materials, researching grant requirements, tracking program outcomes, monitoring compliance, and engaging government, nonprofit, Tribal, and small business stakeholders. The role is primarily remote but requires monthly client site visits across Wyoming.

Manages customer accounts for Government tenants by coordinating services, tracking requirements and issues, supporting onboarding and occupancy changes, preparing meeting materials, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and identifying service improvements. Serves as a liaison among tenants, Government organizations, and service providers while monitoring risks, customer satisfaction, funding concerns, and unresolved requirements.

Own the roadmap for a significant product area spanning satellite systems, onboard AI applications, and partner platforms. Translate strategy and customer needs into engineering requirements, prioritize capabilities, define success criteria, and coordinate delivery. Conduct customer discovery, analyze markets and business cases, communicate technical recommendations to executives, and align engineering, program leadership, business development, and partners around product direction.

Participate in a semester-long educational internship at Seven Seventeen Credit Union, applying academic knowledge and developing professional skills through practical risk management experience. Interns must complete 225 hours while working 15–20 hours weekly and receive college credit.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for Corporate and Go-to-Market roles on a six-month remote contract. Responsibilities include intake strategy, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, candidate experience management, ATS recordkeeping, and recruiting progress reporting. The role requires managing multiple requisitions, recruiting passive candidates, using AI tools, and partnering with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, Finance, Operations, and other G&A functions.

Leads all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, reporting, inventory controls, and internal controls. Advises executive leadership on financial strategy, develops KPIs and dashboards, modernizes systems and processes, oversees compliance and audits, and leads a finance support team. The CFO also drives automation, profitability improvement, operational analysis, and long-term financial sustainability.
