Owns net-new and expansion revenue, sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline discipline, performance management, recruiting, coaching, and team development. Builds relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders and partners cross-functionally on demand generation, product strategy, customer success, and operational improvements. Uses Salesforce, Looker, Gong, and AI tools to improve sales efficiency, reporting, forecasting, and accountability.
