Perform complex IT and OT security analysis for ICS/SCADA environments, evaluate vulnerabilities and risks, recommend mitigations, conduct penetration studies, and ensure compliance with NIST guidance across IT and OT systems.

Drive unit volume, gross, finance penetration, and CSI; recruit, coach, and hold teams accountable; enforce Hyundai program compliance; manage used inventory strategy; coordinate with BDC/Internet to improve set/close rates; run performance cadence and training while maintaining a customer-first culture.
