Own full new-logo enterprise sales cycle across assigned territory: build and manage pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and solution presentations, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast weekly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Provide first- and second-line desk-side and remote IT support for global offices: troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage user accounts and permissions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Azure AD), maintain endpoints and MDM, handle onboarding/offboarding, monitor ticket queues, document systems, and collaborate with IT engineers to improve support processes and user experience.

Solicit, negotiate, and close contracted revenues for the hotel by prospecting new business, preparing RFPs, recommending corporate rates, maintaining CRM (SalesPro/Delphi), attending trade events, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Generate leads and build B2B client relationships via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and meetings. Present solutions, prepare offers, close contracts, use in-house CRM, attend events, and travel to maintain accounts.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sage X3/500 sales team: maintain CRM records, prepare quotes and orders, validate pricing and documentation, manage contracts and e-signatures, track order status, coordinate internal teams, support month/quarter-end activities, and identify process improvements to increase sales administration efficiency.

Design and execute visual assets across social, paid, digital, print, and video. Maintain and grow brand guidelines, review co-branded materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to support multi-channel marketing and product experiences.

Listen to and QA English audio files, transcribe audio to text with provided software, proofread and upload transcripts, perform in-app media checks, and maintain content spreadsheets and metadata. Occasionally work weekends for content drops.

Lead accounting operations including month- and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, payroll/AP/AR oversight, audit and tax coordination, indirect cost proposal preparation, and contract interaction with third-party payers. Mentor accounting staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Process and review new business paperwork for variable and fixed annuity policies, enter data, check and resolve NIGOs, perform suitability reviews, assist with maintenance and withdrawal transactions, provide contract and transaction information to agents and clients, and support special projects and the internal administrative platform.
