Build and lead Digimarc's revenue operations: design and run a 13-week operating cadence, own forecasting and pipeline hygiene, optimize end-to-end funnel, provide revenue analytics, enable outbound motion, lead GTM planning and compensation, establish deal desk and renewals operations, and govern the revenue tech stack (Salesforce/CRM, forecasting, CS platforms). Act as a player-coach to turn data into decisions and scale predictable revenue processes.

Designs and optimizes access-layer infrastructure (HFC, PON, XGS-PON), leads hardware refreshes and OSS/CPE provisioning projects, integrates automation and cloud, manages capacity forecasting, vendors, change control, and mentors engineering teams while supporting service activation and reliability.

Troubleshoot PCs, Windows terminals, mobile devices, VoIP/Jabber, printers, LAN/WAN; manage tickets, mobile accounts, inventories, audits, and vendor/telco escalations. Support testing for enterprise apps (ERP, LMS, HRIS), ensure SOX/PCI compliance, and provide occasional travel and rotating off-hours coverage.

Manage and grow Mid Market accounts and acquire net-new customers across a Southeast territory by selling Netwrix data security, compliance, and access governance solutions. Build relationships with CISOs/CIOs, develop territory plans, lead complex sales cycles and negotiations, collaborate with pre-sales and product teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and stay current on security and compliance trends.

Support athletics program administration and college-wide marketing by managing sports information, media relations, website and social channels, producing photo/video/graphic content and livestreams, supervising student workers and event site operations, and coordinating facility scheduling and promotional initiatives with the Office of Communications & Marketing.

Represent consumers in FCRA and FDCPA litigation and debt-defense matters. Manage a 50+ case docket, draft complaints and discovery, attend hearings, negotiate resolutions, handle client communications, and support corporate compliance and internal education on FCRA claims.
