Provide deskside and remote Windows-based technical support across the Northeast, resolving hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 issues. Manage device lifecycle, administer Azure AD/Entra ID, support Microsoft 365 services, perform basic networking troubleshooting, automate tasks with scripting, document solutions, and prioritize support requests while traveling occasionally to job sites.

Provide day-to-day administration and level 2 support for the ServiceNow platform, build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, support ITSM modules (CSM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent), participate in agile development, and support continuous performance improvement. Must be available for on-call 24x7 critical production support.

Provide front-desk and junior administrative support: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, manage mail and conference rooms, coordinate travel, perform data entry and clerical tasks, maintain office supplies and professional client relationships to project a positive firm image.

Provide high-quality document production and administrative support for attorneys and clients: proofing, formatting, PDF work, transcription, document comparison, mail merges, creating tables/spreadsheets/presentations, managing tasks in Ivanti ITSM, and occasional notary services.

Lead community engagement efforts by recruiting and managing volunteer correspondents, editing community-created content, maintaining the community database, overseeing education programs, coordinating outreach and events, building relationships with underrepresented groups, and connecting community voices to editorial planning.

Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding); maintain HR operations and employee records; support payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR projects while partnering with managers and Finance.

Manage fleet risk and compliance: oversee fuel card and toll programs, vehicle registration and insurance, MVR monitoring, dashcam/telematic devices, incident reporting and claims recordkeeping, driver training, and cross-functional communication with HR, Safety, and Divisions.

Lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for Arctic Wolfs MSP channel. Conduct market research, develop sales and marketing content, run product launches, enable partners and sales, and manage cross-functional projects to drive channel growth.

Perform general and cost accounting for a manufacturing company including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory valuation, financial reporting and analysis, support for audits and tax compliance, maintain internal controls, manage corporate card program, and assist AP/AR and cross-functional process improvements.

Lead employee relations activities including policy interpretation, investigations, corrective action, ADA accommodations, position eliminations, case management oversight, trend analysis, and partnering with leaders to ensure compliance and fair resolution.
