As the Principal Product Manager, you'll define the strategic roadmap for API products, engage with customers, collaborate across functions, and ensure product delivery aligns with market needs.

The role requires SaaS SDR experience, strong SMB selling skills, consistent target achievement, CRM and sequencing-platform proficiency, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects involving engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Responsibilities include milestone and deliverable tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, technical design reviews, resource and budget planning, schedule management, project documentation, supplier relationship management, and process improvement. The role independently resolves complex issues, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, optimizes project management tools, and influences department-level decisions.

Provides day-to-day labor and employment legal advice to People and Recruiting teams; drafts employee lifecycle documents, state-specific agreements, FAQs, and training materials. Advises on leave, wage-and-hour, ADA, employee relations, performance management, and separations. Manages employment subpoenas, legal holds, personnel-file productions, contractor compliance, multistate requirements, and coordination with international outside counsel.

Drives technical sales and design wins within a Northwestern U.S. territory. Supports OEM customers through product design, qualification, validation, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical presentations. Develops territory growth plans, manages customer and distributor relationships, builds sales pipelines, tracks opportunities and forecasts in CRM systems, and collaborates with product management, quality, operations, and manufacturing teams.

Provides administrative support for logistics operations, including maintaining truck, accident, inspection, and driver records; coordinating DOT drug and alcohol testing; tracking expenses; preparing delivery, claims, and returns reports; updating routes and customer data in SAP and Excel; supporting driver hiring and onboarding; assisting drivers with technology and fuel cards; processing purchases and per diem receipts; and supporting electronic logbook training.

Own the design and implementation of WISEcode’s automated quality engineering ecosystem. Build AI-augmented UI, API, integration, regression, database, performance, and reliability testing frameworks for ASP.NET and Blazor applications. Integrate testing into CI/CD, improve observability and release confidence, investigate failures and race conditions, validate AI/ML outputs, and establish scalable quality standards and metrics across engineering teams.
