Lead Spreedly’s accounting function, overseeing close, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, revenue recognition, treasury, tax, audit, and controls. Own and modernize the NetSuite, Orb, and Ramp systems through automation and AI-enabled workflows. Manage usage-based SaaS accounting under ASC 606, lead the accounting team, coordinate audits and tax advisors, and partner with FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Operations on financial decisions.

Performs analog engineering design and product development or commercialization services. Develops customer-focused engineering concepts, executes Plexus engineering processes, applies discipline-specific knowledge across the product value stream, conducts design analysis and verification, uses appropriate engineering tools, and prepares project documentation according to quality and change-management procedures.

Converts Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents into SEC EDGAR-compliant filings, performs proofreading and quality assurance, communicates compliance requirements and deadlines, coordinates workflow, trains team members, prioritizes requests, troubleshoots basic equipment issues, and delivers accurate work in a high-volume environment.

Optimize SEO/AEO, onboarding, in-product education, lifecycle communications, pricing, packaging, and trial experiences. Use customer research, behavioral data, funnel metrics, cohorts, and experimentation to identify growth opportunities. Partner with product, design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and customer teams to launch, measure, and iterate on experiences that increase trials, active usage, and paid conversion.

Develop and manage complex systems through product development, integration, testing, production transition, and deployment. Lead test architecture and execution, requirements development, compliance cases, test plans, systems upgrades, and technical data packages. Work with strategic sensors, MEMS, inertial navigation systems, fault-tolerant computing, and test equipment. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while analyzing system data, supporting requirements traceability, and communicating technical findings to project leadership.

Support end-to-end M&A, strategic investments, fundraising preparedness, business-case development, post-merger integration, and corporate strategy. Build valuation models, conduct market and operating diligence, prepare executive communications, manage deal processes, and develop relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders.
