Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and accounting subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Translate practitioner workflows into product requirements, represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning, support enterprise and strategic sales cycles, identify market opportunities, and build credibility in new verticals. Lead high-severity incident response and on-call participation, establish engineering standards and change-management practices, enable developer self-service, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires staff-level technical leadership across infrastructure and application reliability.

Manage high-volume automotive finance and insurance operations across six luxury brands. Responsibilities include delivering compliant F&I presentations, maximizing product penetration and profitability, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring clean funding, and representing the dealership professionally. Success requires strong per-deal profit, VSC and prepaid maintenance performance, contract accuracy, compliance discipline, and customer communication. The role includes a five-day schedule with Saturdays and holidays required.

Manage broad HR operations across North America and periodically Asia, including employee documentation, immigration coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS records, benefits, leave, compensation, employee relations, recruitment coordination, reporting, communications, and HR projects. Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Manage enterprise customer relationships as a named technical resource and advocate. Oversee incident communications, analyze support and customer data, identify adoption and renewal risks, and recommend solutions aligned with customer objectives. Provide proactive guidance on Ping Identity features, uncover adoption blockers, and support customer success through hands-on collaboration. The role includes occasional customer-site travel and some after-hours or weekend coverage.

Coordinates global and domestic logistics for commercial and clinical pharmaceutical products. Manages transportation, import/export operations, customs brokerage, shipping documentation, ERP transactions, inventory discrepancies, 3PL and CMO relationships, and regulatory compliance. Reviews invoices, bills of lading, SOPs, and filings; supports hazardous materials shipping, audits, customs clearance, and process improvements while ensuring product traceability and timely delivery.
