Supports the human resources office through administrative work, employee record management, payroll assistance, onboarding, benefits and payroll inquiries, phone coverage, process tracking, and report preparation. The role requires strong organization, communication, computer skills, familiarity with labor laws, and agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message as an active Southern Baptist church member.
