The Recruitment Manager will lead recruitment and retention efforts, build talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and design inclusive hiring strategies.

Design, develop, and deliver training for security officers and leaders. Create curriculum, facilitator guides, job aids, and presentations; facilitate in-person/virtual sessions; manage LMS administration, Smartsheet trackers, scheduling, and training logistics; evaluate effectiveness through assessments and feedback; support continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary HR partner for the Security team, advising on employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, engagement initiatives, HR metrics, and talent processes to align people strategies with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, onboarding, maintaining ATS and compliance, reporting, and building talent pipelines to place qualified candidates quickly.

The Employment & Compliance Specialist provides HR leadership, supports employee onboarding, maintains personnel files, and coordinates training and special events for satellite clinics.

Support full-cycle HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance tracking, training coordination, leave/workers' compensation support, investigations assistance, and HR reporting to ensure workforce compliance and positive employee experience.

Support account managers in servicing employee benefits clients by handling enrollment and implementation paperwork, tracking service issues and compliance tasks, preparing renewal materials and spreadsheets, communicating with clients and carriers, maintaining organized documentation, and improving internal processes to ensure timely, accurate client support.
