Provide HR generalist support for a client group including employee relations, compliance with labor law and union contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leave/ADA accommodation management, investigations and terminations, HRIS/ATS recordkeeping, recruitment and sourcing, and serving as an on-site HR resource for staff and managers.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and technical roles. Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized semiconductor and test-and-measurement domains. Partner with hiring managers on market intelligence, intake, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and recruiting process improvements while maintaining ATS data and metrics.

Own and scale Ashby's global Total Rewards function across compensation, equity, benefits, and perks. Build compensation infrastructure, leveling, bands, benchmarking, review processes, equity administration, benefits strategy, vendor management, and scalable systems. Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal, People Operations, and leaders on workforce planning, offers, promotions, and complex rewards decisions. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor and is expected to evolve into people management.

Executes talent acquisition and performance program operations, including complex interview scheduling, offer preparation, ATS and HRIS updates, background checks, onboarding, recruiting events, change-management communications, training materials, process documentation, and talent project workstreams. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports acquisitions and entity onboarding, and maintains operational continuity across Talent programs. It is remote in the Eastern Time Zone with up to 10% travel.
