Responsibilities include requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, agile delivery, data analysis, model lifecycle management, monitoring, issue remediation, governance, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.

Lead membership, audience development, identity, and authentication products across physician web portals and mobile apps. Own product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, UX collaboration, KPIs, analytics, experimentation, and agile delivery. Apply AI and machine learning to personalization, identity resolution, recommendations, fraud detection, verification, and agentic workflows. Partner with engineering, design, editorial, marketing, sales, QA, BI, and external stakeholders to increase engagement, activation, retention, and member value.

Track adoption, revenue contribution, efficiency gains, and AI feature impact while ensuring responsible, reusable platform capabilities.

Manage advertising products and ad delivery infrastructure across Medscape websites and mobile applications. Responsibilities include portfolio management, product ideation, requirements gathering, wireframing, scrum participation, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, prototyping, and post-launch evaluation. The role requires expertise in ad server technology, programmatic advertising, third-party integrations, web and mobile product practices, analytics, and Agile development methodologies.
