Develop, maintain, and migrate applications while designing and executing automated tests. Perform technical analysis, provide estimates, support automation tools, and contribute to integration, deployment, and system documentation in an AGILE delivery lifecycle.

Support compliance with grant and contract requirements by monitoring funded programs, conducting file and operations QA reviews, tracking performance and reporting, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, preparing audit materials, maintaining confidential records, assisting with compliance tools and training staff, and supporting external audits and funder reviews.

Lead and build an enterprise-quality organization from scratch: implement and mature an ISO/AS/NQA-compliant QMS, perform first-article inspections, establish supplier quality governance, run audits and RCA, and hire and mentor quality engineers while integrating quality into engineering and manufacturing.
