I.T. Excel seeks a Junior QA Tester/Analyst for software testing and validation. Recent graduates preferred, with training provided.

Lead Prudential's enterprise Responsible AI and Data Quality assurance operations, building a centralized control plane and governance engine. Define intake, risk-tiering, controls, automated evidence capture, monitoring for model performance/fairness and data quality, issue/incident management, KPIs, and tooling integrations. Operate cross-enterprise governance rhythms, run independent DQ assurance, enable scalable ModelOps/DataOps integrations, and provide senior reporting to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and safe AI scale-up across business and technology teams.

Lead enterprise oversight for Responsible AI and Data Quality: define governance, controls, KPIs, dashboards, assurance checkpoints, incident remediation, and executive reporting; partner across product, engineering, legal, risk, and compliance to embed scalable guardrails and drive measurable maturity improvements.

Responsible for software development and QA automation, conducting technical analysis, executing automated tests, and supporting application migration and maintenance.
