Coordinates transitions to service delivery, supports project kickoffs and closeouts, manages scope changes, and develops cloud transformation strategies involving application assessment, migration planning, optimization, DevOps, and infrastructure as code. Manages GDC’s IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating strategic objectives into initiatives and tracking delivery, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Ensures projects align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and target-state designs. Maintains project artifacts, supports governance checkpoints, coordinates IT Steering Committee meetings, prepares executive materials, documents decisions, and tracks follow-up actions. The role also facilitates stakeholder workshops and improves roadmap reporting and governance processes.
