Leads strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and modernization of sales technology platforms, including CRM, sales enablement, workflow integrations, RFP tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Maintains laboratory equipment, documents procedures and results in LIMS, follows SOPs and GDP, supports quality investigations and CAPA activities, and adheres to safety and regulatory requirements. The role is fully onsite and operates during an assigned shift.

Oversee daily Client Services operations, including workflow, staffing coverage, service levels, productivity, quality, escalations, and performance reporting. Provide guidance and mentoring to associates, coordinate issue resolution, support leadership action plans, and drive process improvements. Assist with implementing new technologies and workflows, preparing dashboards, and advancing departmental initiatives while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Lead the vision and roadmap for Splunk’s data pipeline-building capabilities, including visual workflow creation, reusable templates, stream-time transformations, and intelligent recommendations. Partner with engineering, design, customer success, field, go-to-market, and leadership teams to deliver technical products for administrators and developers. Use customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to prioritize features, define success metrics, support launches, and shape data federation strategy across cloud, edge, and enterprise environments.

Owns the tax reporting product lifecycle, including regulatory analysis, product requirements, roadmap development, agile delivery, testing, and annual tax-season execution. The role requires expertise in cost basis, IRS information reporting, withholding, FATCA, and securities taxation. It also involves client engagement, change-request management, cross-functional coordination, and support for compliant filings across multiple jurisdictions and reporting forms.

Receive, verify, and log incoming patient specimens; perform data entry into CRM/LIMS; label and route samples; maintain documentation and specimen integrity; escalate discrepancies; support stakeholders; ensure compliance with CLIA/CAP/HIPAA/GDP and follow safety policies. May require occasional weekend or off-hours work.

Provides phone and email support to customers, physicians, medical staff, and patients regarding products and services. Resolves inquiries, communicates testing updates, securely transmits patient reports, documents interactions, and maintains patient databases. The role also supports sample procurement, supply ordering, test request entry and updates, issue escalation, and complaint management while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and HIPAA-conscious data privacy in a high-volume environment.

Leads the strategy, architecture, development, and commercialization of AI-powered network automation products and enterprise services. Designs AI gateways, routers, token services, MCP integrations, semantic caching, and agentic infrastructure across cloud, edge, data center, and NeoCloud environments. Drives proof-of-concepts, performance benchmarking, product roadmaps, market analysis, commercial models, SLAs, security frameworks, and go-to-market strategy for autonomous network capabilities.

Lead the ANSI MV metal-clad switchgear product line across its lifecycle: portfolio analysis, product definition, go-to-market, pricing, profitability, and supporting M&A and partnerships to drive long-term growth.

Lead product strategy and P&L for hyperscale AI connectivity products (Dark Fiber, Wave, eLine). Translate AI workload and GPU networking needs into scalable connectivity solutions, drive GTM and pricing, enable sales for large enterprise and hyperscaler deals, and align cross-functional teams on KPI-driven roadmaps.

Support laboratory operations for histopathology through specimen handling, data stewardship, equipment maintenance, slide scanning, and real-time technical support to pathologists. Lead Verizon’s AI infrastructure networking product growth strategy from market identification through commercialization and revenue expansion. Develop ecosystem partnerships with hyperscalers, GPU providers, data center operators, colocation providers, OEMs, and infrastructure partners. Build pricing models, business cases, capacity commitments, and multi-year agreements for optical, fiber, programmable networking, and data center connectivity services.
