Performs and documents IT control testing, issue validation, and audit procedures throughout the audit lifecycle. Leads operational governance for an IT Business Systems team across five business areas. Owns business reviews, budgeting and forecasting, intake prioritization, end-user training, internal team enablement, leadership support, and AI knowledge-platform delivery. Analyzes support data to improve systems delivery and develops team capabilities across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Vistex, Vertex, and TMS platforms.

This role involves providing IT support via call center, including troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory, Windows, and network connections, primarily focusing on ticket resolution and user assistance.

Provide Level 1 IT help desk support: accept and classify tickets, attempt first-line resolution, escalate and track through SLA, create user accounts, support remote connectivity and desktop applications, communicate status and reports, and work flexible 24/7 shifts.
