Provide independent assurance and advisory services over technology, cybersecurity, data, cloud, AI, and business transformation initiatives. Plan and execute audits (risk assessment, scoping, testing, reporting), evaluate ITGCs and automated controls, and use data analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve audit effectiveness and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Manage technology portfolios and the Project Approval Request (PAR) process, support executive governance, analyze project financials (CapEx/OpEx), partner with Finance and stakeholders for forecasting and investment decisions, and drive portfolio optimization and process improvements.

Part-time internal audit intern supporting audits of business, financial, operational, and technology processes. Perform audit testing and data analytics, evaluate IT controls (access, change management, data protection, cybersecurity, resilience), document findings, participate in stakeholder meetings, and help prepare audit observations and recommendations.

Provide first-line IT support via ticketing, email, phone, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.

This role involves providing IT support via call center, including troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory, Windows, and network connections, primarily focusing on ticket resolution and user assistance.

Provide Level 1 IT help desk support: accept and classify tickets, attempt first-line resolution, escalate and track through SLA, create user accounts, support remote connectivity and desktop applications, communicate status and reports, and work flexible 24/7 shifts.

Lead Level 3 support and 24/7 on-call escalations; maintain and upgrade deployment platforms; build continuous delivery automation using BladeLogic and UrbanCode; optimize operational metrics and SLAs; and coordinate with engineering, vendors, and application teams to improve software deployment and distribution processes.

Lead IT category sourcing and procurement for SaaS and other IT technologies. Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and negotiations, coordinate cross-functional contracting, monitor supplier performance, implement process improvements, and produce analytics and contract inventory to optimize cost, quality, and risk.
