The role evaluates technology risks and controls, prepares workpapers, identifies control gaps, and communicates findings while developing expertise in technology auditing and risk management.

Leads operational governance for an IT Business Systems team across five business areas. Owns business reviews, budgeting and forecasting, intake prioritization, end-user training, internal team enablement, leadership support, and AI knowledge-platform delivery. Analyzes support data to improve systems delivery and develops team capabilities across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Vistex, Vertex, and TMS platforms.

Performs and documents IT control testing, issue validation, and audit procedures throughout the audit lifecycle. Supports audit planning, meets deadlines, communicates technology risks, and engages stakeholders across the organization. The role provides assurance over technology risks and controls across areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, infrastructure, data governance, and application development, while using data analytics and digital audit tools.

Lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and a technical IT team across VMware, Windows, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI. Own multi-cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, reliability, observability, cybersecurity partnership, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, budgets, and FinOps. Drive governance, business continuity, operational excellence, and infrastructure foundations supporting enterprise AI adoption.

Provide independent assurance and advisory services over technology, cybersecurity, data, cloud, AI, and business transformation initiatives. Plan and execute audits (risk assessment, scoping, testing, reporting), evaluate ITGCs and automated controls, and use data analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve audit effectiveness and communicate findings to stakeholders.

This role involves providing IT support via call center, including troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory, Windows, and network connections, primarily focusing on ticket resolution and user assistance.

Provide Level 1 IT help desk support: accept and classify tickets, attempt first-line resolution, escalate and track through SLA, create user accounts, support remote connectivity and desktop applications, communicate status and reports, and work flexible 24/7 shifts.

Lead Level 3 support and 24/7 on-call escalations; maintain and upgrade deployment platforms; build continuous delivery automation using BladeLogic and UrbanCode; optimize operational metrics and SLAs; and coordinate with engineering, vendors, and application teams to improve software deployment and distribution processes.
