The Opportunity:
The Product Manager, In Vivo Imaging is a high-impact global role at the center of Revvity's preclinical imaging business. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our market-leading in vivo imaging portfolio spanning hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, customer-centric product leader who thrives at the intersection of science, strategy, and execution. You'll work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define what we build, how we position it, and how we win in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the in vivo imaging hardware and software strategy and product roadmap
Translate customer needs and market insights into clear solution requirements and business cases
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to continuously sharpen positioning and strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across global markets
Product Development & Launch
Partner closely with R&D to deliver roadmap milestones and ensure customer-centric value at every release
Lead new product definition, business plans, and go-to-market strategies within the in vivo product management team
Provide planning, project management support, and sales training for product launches
Establish pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics and competitive positioning
Market Intelligence & Commercial Growth
Coordinate with Marketing on market research, customer and field communications, and analytics to support decision-making
Assess market penetration opportunities and develop product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share
Consolidate broad business strategies into structured product marketing plans
Drive continuous improvement cross-functionally to grow top-line revenue, improve margins, and increase customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the connective tissue between customers, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Sales
Communicate customer feedback to engineering and manufacturing to enhance the in vivo software and hardware portfolio
Remove barriers to business growth and portfolio expansion through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
5+ years of experience in life science product management, technical support roles, or sales
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in a technical discipline, ideally in the life sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field)
10+ years of combined experience in sales, R&D, commercial leadership, and/or Product Management with a track record of launching successful products
Proven business leadership skills in Product Management, Strategy, or Commercial roles preferably in Life Sciences
Experience in preclinical or in vivo imaging (optical imaging, microCT, ultrasound, or related modalities) strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align business objectives with customer needs
Strong business acumen with analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills
Ability to lead and deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership, customers, and technical teams alike
Willingness to travel globally to engage with customers, KOLs, and field teams
Compensation Range:
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000 - 151,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
