Provide on-site IT field support for hardware and software lifecycle, incident/request management, device setup/training, deployments, change control, ITAM inventory, and project support across Advocate Health locations. Handle on-call duties, follow IT standards and SLAs, and communicate status and risks to field leadership.

Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot complex issues; manage user accounts; perform maintenance, backups, and updates; document solutions; participate in policy implementation; rotate 24/7 on-call and travel to local client sites.
