Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot complex issues; manage user accounts; perform maintenance, backups, and updates; document solutions; participate in policy implementation; rotate 24/7 on-call and travel to local client sites.

Provide on-site IT field support for hardware and software lifecycle, incident/request management, device setup/training, deployments, change control, ITAM inventory, and project support across Advocate Health locations. Handle on-call duties, follow IT standards and SLAs, and communicate status and risks to field leadership.

Provide hardware and software support to end users via phone, email, and in person. Install, upgrade, and repair devices; provision accounts; diagnose OS and software issues; manage network problems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, LAN/WAN); provide first-level Mitel phone support; monitor infrastructure, log and update helpdesk tickets, create documentation, assist IT projects, and train/communicate changes to staff.
