A bachelor's degree and at least five years of professional accounting experience are required; CPA certification is preferred.

Drive growth by acquiring and retaining foodservice clients, promoting produce and perishables, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with procurement and operations to deliver solutions and exceed sales targets.

Develop and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript. Build microservices and serverless architectures with AWS, implement responsive interfaces, write tested code, optimize application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in code reviews, define and deliver features, maintain engineering best practices, and stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

Provide front-desk and headquarters office support in Bloomington: greet visitors, manage reception and mail, maintain supplies and facilities, coordinate events and vendors, support HR and Marketing with onboarding and reports, maintain org charts and floorplans, and assist executives and staff with administrative needs.

Collect resumes to maintain a candidate database for consideration in future openings. Candidates submit resumes to be considered for potential roles.

Manages technology channel partner programs, relationships, certifications, rebates, marketing funds, events, deal registrations, pricing, quotes, and order procurement. Supports Sales Executives with prospecting, account penetration, renewals, presales activities, CRM documentation, and customer order status. Coordinates with sales, marketing, finance, technical teams, vendors, manufacturers, distributors, and post-sales teams to increase sales and ensure successful customer delivery.

Drive new-account revenue by responding to inbound leads, prospecting potential healthcare customers, qualifying opportunities, closing sales, and converting buyers into repeat customers. Present medical aesthetics, medical supply, surgical supply, and pharmaceutical products; upsell across the portfolio; provide product and clinical information; manage objections; maintain the sales pipeline; collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturer partners; track customer and sales data in the CRM; and meet monthly sales and conversion KPIs.

Lead and execute executive search lifecycle: develop search strategies, research and map talent, source and interview candidates, write assessments, manage candidate and client relationships, maintain reporting and confidentiality, and support business development.
