OVERVIEW

The Facial Aesthetics Sales Business Development Rep is the driving force behind our revenue growth of new accounts, spearheading proactive sales initiatives and engaging with customers. Their mission: identify and qualify leads, close new accounts, and transform those leads into consistent ordering and loyal customers.

In this dynamic role, the BDR inbound leads, follows up with new customers who registered an account and would like to order for their first time, and hunts potential clients. As the first point of contact for potential clients, they provide valuable information about our company, programs, products offered, and benefits, paving the way for successful sales conversions.

Achieving success in this position means not only meeting sales targets but also consistently converting leads into consistently ordering customers, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and fueling overall revenue growth. Proactive, results-driven, and customer-centric, the BDR is essential to our sales success and the achievement of our business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed your monthly sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed your KPIs related to sales funnel and lead conversions
  • Introduce our medical aesthetic portfolio from leading manufacturers to new and established customers of Pipeline Medical.
  • Upsell customers to our full product portfolio of medical supplies, surgical supplies, and pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain and grow the pipeline of new business.
  • Provide clinical information, objective handling, and additional specialized information to current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders of Pipeline’s medical aesthetic partners to penetrate market share further and growth.
  • Provide product information, answer queries, and offer advice to healthcare professionals, ensuring a thorough understanding of the features and  benefits of our products
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Accurately maintain customer and sales information in the company's CRM system


Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with medical supplies, surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or GPOs
  • Strong background and training in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectable.
  • Experience selling medical aesthetics.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits and value propositions effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant sales tools.
  • Basic analytical skills to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends.
