The Data Science Manager will lead a team to build data science foundations, drive marketing innovations, and deliver scalable AI solutions to optimize growth decisions.

Build and lead an engineering organization spanning cloud infrastructure, platform delivery, security engineering, site reliability, and government accreditation. Own software delivery into customer and restricted environments, production operations, incident response, vulnerability management, secure defaults, and accreditation programs. Supports attorneys with litigation and discovery projects by preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings and discovery materials, reviewing and summarizing evidence, researching public and case-related information, coordinating witnesses and records, maintaining case calendars, updating clients and teams, assisting with trials, and managing litigation databases and documents. Provides mentorship to staff paralegals and may travel to client offices, vendors, and trial locations.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the claims department, including setting up and coding new claims, tracking assignments, processing mail, answering calls, handling faxes and voicemails, processing vendor payments, maintaining contacts and claim files, preparing reports, and assisting adjusters with documents and correspondence. This is an onsite role five days per week in Carlsbad.

Advises students on degree programs, course selection, academic requirements, policies, scheduling, and career options. Monitors academic progress, supports at-risk students, manages referrals, and serves as a liaison with faculty and departments. The role also supports active-duty students with flexible learning options, deployment-related academic planning, and military education compliance. Responsibilities include communication management, university events, accreditation compliance, special projects, and travel between campuses as needed.

Senior family law attorney responsible for managing cases from consultation through settlement or trial, representing clients in hearings and litigation, providing strategic legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and developing case strategy. The role also involves client relationship management, mentoring junior staff, improving firm systems, and contributing to firm growth with a path to partnership or ownership.

Processes accounts payable transactions, including vendor payments, checks, ACH and wire transfers. Reconciles ledgers and vendor statements, investigates discrepancies, manages vendor records, processes credit card statements, generates accounts payable reports, and maintains financial files. The role also responds to account inquiries and assists the Controller with accounting functions while ensuring compliance with financial policies and accurate cost-center posting.

The Tax Administrator coordinates tax documentation and workpapers across approximately 350 LLCs and investment properties. Responsibilities include supporting K-1s, 1099s, W-9s, tax returns, property tax administration, year-end reconciliations, tax notices, entity records, regulatory research, and investor inquiries. The role uses Yardi and Club Essential to extract data, coordinates with accounting teams and external advisors, and supports tax planning and process improvements.
