The Analyst, Investment will lead financial modeling, execute due diligence on infrastructure assets, and support investment structuring and negotiations across Generate's energy portfolio.

Owns day-to-day benefits administration, leave and workplace accommodation processes, workers’ compensation cases, HRIS data quality, reporting, and employee support. The role also supports compensation analysis, market benchmarking, pay-equity reviews, annual compensation planning, HR technology launches, vendor coordination, and operational process improvements. This hybrid position serves as an employee-centered total rewards resource across Los Angeles-area locations.

Provides on-site technical support for options trading systems and client technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident management, SLA adherence, client relationship management, upgrades, testing, training, and knowledge sharing. Maintains the LMS, training content, registrations, records, completion tracking, and compliance documentation. Coordinates logistics, instructor certifications, calendars, and reporting. Uses assessments, audits, and performance data to identify training needs and improve programs. Collaborates with leadership and supervisors to tailor training while promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethical practices.

Drive pipeline growth via inbound qualification and targeted outbound prospecting. Engage leads across email, phone, and chat to set Product Qualified Opportunities, meet SAO quotas, maintain CRM data, coordinate with Account Executives, and attend events to generate meetings and expansion opportunities.

Drives new business within an assigned territory and vertical by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery, presenting tailored technology solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through contract execution. Builds pipeline, partners with internal teams on solution scoping and pricing, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, meets quotas, and stays informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Support the marketing team with social copy, creative direction, reporting, and advertising execution across social, email, and paid channels. Learn to read performance data, manage reporting in Google Sheets/HubSpot, and participate in cross-department creative workflows for client channels.

Connect with people interested in personal development, guide structured conversations, follow up through digital platforms, share online education programs and events, and track activity and results. The role involves remote independent work, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, mentorship, and performance-based income. Workers use Zoom, phone, digital communication platforms, and AI-supported productivity tools while managing their own schedules and developing communication and leadership skills.

Contract vertical video editor to create 12–25 short-form, platform-native vertical videos weekly from provided or sourced assets. Responsibilities include sourcing licensed assets, producing 1–2 rounds of revisions, delivering posting-ready 9:16 videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and meeting quick turnarounds (often 24–48 hours). Contractor must use their own editing software and submit required paperwork and work samples.
