Recruit top sales talent across account executive, SDR/BDR, sales engineering, and sales leadership roles. Manage relationships with large distributors, MGAs, and agency partners to drive insurance sales growth. Recruit, onboard, train, and support distribution partners; identify cross-selling opportunities; promote PALIG’s value proposition; develop sales concepts and training materials; coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams; and deliver presentations and training to distribution groups.

Provides daily support to a Logistics Account Executive by coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, scheduling appointments, building loads, dispatching trucks, conducting check calls, qualifying carriers, and negotiating rates. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, communication, problem-solving, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinates mailroom operations, including preparing, sorting, scanning, routing, and tracking HOA mail. Maintains office, kitchen, and supply inventories; operates and reports issues with office equipment; codes invoices; greets visitors; routes calls; responds to resident requests; updates property management records; and provides general administrative support.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for a secure youth residential treatment program, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, background check coordination, selection, and offer extension. Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs for program launch, recruit diverse candidates across entry-level and professional positions, and manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Supports and enhances Workday Finance, HCM, and Student modules by configuring applications, developing Workday Extend solutions, and coordinating integrations using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and EIBs. Develops Prism Analytics and AI solutions, maintains reports, troubleshoots and tests applications, supports end users, documents integrations, and provides recommendations and progress updates.

Supports the finance department by posting sales, payroll, invoices, payments, and accounts payable checks; performing bank, cash, and catering reconciliations; preparing 1099 forms and month-end reports; renewing food and liquor licenses; completing daily cashouts; and assisting finance managers with reporting and ad hoc projects.

Supports marketing and brand initiatives by producing promotional materials, sales collateral, event assets, newsletters, internal communications, and custom client collateral. Assists with event logistics, scheduling, outreach, attendee tracking, and vendor coordination. Refines visual designs to meet brand standards and partner submission requirements while receiving mentorship and feedback from the Marketing team.
